Default Trim Scuffs

So I've noticed that the trim under the glove box along with the inside kick panel have some normal wear/scuffs mainly from shoes hitting up against them. I'd like to fix them but have never messed around with something like this before and worry that taking any dye to them will make it look hideous. My RX is black inside. I've included a couple pics to show you guys what I'm talking about. If any of you have "restored" black interior trim to its new look, please let me know how you did so and if possible, maybe even some final results pics. Thanks

I'd recommend googling "automotive interior plastic repair".

If you really want to fix it, and not just hide it a little, then this goes outside the realm of traditional detailing. You will likely need to level and then fill the damage. Apply texture to match the surrounding areas, and then paint it the same color. There are some good youtube videos on this stuff out there.
