ordered on the 25th of Jan., received it on the 27th... now that's prompt service. ordered from Car Pro and it's $10 cheaper. every site i checked including Amamzon wanted $64, Car Pro has the 500ml bottle for $54. i'll order the 1 liter next. i love this stuff. i'm using less rags utilizing the GD method, i used to add 6 to 7 rags to the ONR wash bucket before the hydro, now i only use 4. 1.32 gallon of Hydro 2 is $489.99...
that bottle looks like a small ice cold bottle of beer. How much of that CQF will you use on the truck?
Ha, I stole that pic from the cqfinest site
The entire 50mL bottle is used on every vehicle... well mostly... sometimes I have a little bit left over on smaller cars. CQF is applied much thicker than most other coatings. There will definitely be none left over with this truck.
^This is the only other CQF job I have done that was not a car, and I almost ran out of the coating haha oops, guess I need to apply a little thinner to be safe on these giant vehicles.

i hear you, the Q7 is definitely not compact. i almost bought one before i chose the LS. if you go thinner on the coating with the same results as laying it on thick, then by all means... make it do what it do Z. post up the results, you know we love car ****:

Don't get me wrong, it will still be applied thick, but I just need to be sure I only use 1/2 the bottle per coat. Finest is applied in 2 separate coats.
On smaller vehicles I can apply it a bit thicker per coat because there is less surface area to cover.
i was going to get the opti coat pro in chicago, should i wait for weather change?
If the installer has a heated space to work in, it is no big deal. The coating needs to be applied in ambient temps above ~60 degrees and should be left to cure at those temperatures for at least 24 hours before being exposed to the elements. If you wanted less 'room for error' you could simply wait for warmer weather.
