Default Is it okay to use leather conditioner on perforated leather?

I was thinking of using a leather cleaner/conditioner on my black leather perforated seats, the cleaner/conditioner won't clog the perforation will it? Is there a recommended cleaner/conditioner for this leather ? I don't want my heated seats affected because I do something stupid I'd rather ask a stupid question. Thanks Dorothy

If you're using quality products, other threads have come to the conclusion you're OK. I've done it for years without any problem whatsoever. Just don't "pour it on" so it's dripping and makes things soggy, then turn on your heated seats, if you know what I mean.

Yeah same, I have done it on all of my cars and I have had no issue's. I usually pour it on the cloth and do the side bolsters first then the perforated part last.

A conservative/safe method would be to use some pop up pre-moistened cleaner/conditioner cloths like Mequires Gold. They don't apply too much product and are easy to use.

Just don't spray it onto the seats, apply it to your cloth or applicator first and rub it in. If you spray it onto the seat and then try to apply it some of it will soak through the perforations and you won't quite be able to get it with your cloth.
