Default IS250 Quick Leather Question

Hey, just wondering the leather seats we have in the is250(2007) is a "coated/finished" leather right? Planning on using some 1Z einszett plaster deep cleaner if it is, heard it works well with coated/finished leathers in an effort to reviving them.

Thanks

From my research on the subject from that era of IS, it is coated. If you search, I remember a thread from a member who contacted the leather supplier for Lexus and the reply was coated.

I have used this before my leather, and it works great and can be bought over the counter.

Don't forget to read the Detail Forum section..

It has a very good sticky "all about Lexus leather."

Our leather is coated... meaning the Leather Codnitioner is pretty USELESS since it will NEVER penetrate into the leather.

All you need is leather cleaner and protectant cream. What I use is Lexol leather cleaner and leathermaster protector cream. You can also use woolite with water mix... for the serious stains, try the leathermaster cleaner.
