Sounds a lot like tufshine (I love their product and their customer service). TUF claims to last longer than 2 months though, and based on my experience, that is accurate (3 months so far on my daily driver and no sign of deterioration yet)
New company/new product - personally, I'll wait for some reviews and real world user feedback. Hopefully, this is a good product.
