Default Maintaining Work wheels

I just bought a set of new Work Gnosis GS5 wheels for my Lexus IS-F. The finish is black shadow. Here's the link:

http://www.workwheelsusa.com/product...y=44&wheel=125

Here's what it stated on the direction for cleaning on the instructions sheet:

"No using brushes, no using wax or any wheel solvents, no using harsh chemicals or wheel cleaners."

This is my plan of attack:

1. Clean the wheel with P21S Gel or just plain ole water/soap
2. Agitate and clean with grout sponge and/or Daytona Wheel Brush & EZ Mini Detail Brush
3. Rinse
4. Protect with Poorboy's wheel sealant.

Pretty much I've broken all the instruction sheet rules from 1-4 steps.

Any other ideas what I need to do?

You're on the right track....here's what I'd recommend:

1. P21S Regular Wheel Cleaner
2. Swissvax Horse Hair Brush and EZ Detail Brush
3. Spray Wax with einszett
4. Do a light polishing every 3-6 month, depending on the amount of driving, using P21S Finish Restorer

The Gel formula is a little over kill for the wheel cleaner and I'm not sure you're suppose to seal bare metal....if yours are clearcoated, then a sealant would be fine.

Here's a simple wheel kit that might be a good option:

The lips aren't bare or clearcoated. Works are anodized.

So P21S polishing soap shouldn't be used on it. How do we clean our work wheels?
