Default Help - rip in the glove compartment

In the glove compartment of my Black/Black IS 350 I found today a little rip... Anyone know how to fix it or know how much to fix?

Yea, it can definitely be fixed if you find the right person. I have one in my rear drivers seat and my dealer wont let me get the TSIB done.
