Default how to clean/ lubricate weatherstripping

My car is 15 years old and amazingly the weatherstripping is all good but how to i keep it that way. I would like to clean it and lubricate it, what with?

Use 303 Aerospace on it every so often and it'll last forever.

303 washes off easily as it is water based. I use Meguiar's M40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner.

Here is what my 16 year old daily driver looks like. Look at the window trim and the black vinyl rock guard trim. I'd say the Meg's products have done their job pretty well.

I love this product for weatherstripping

The bottle has a built-in foam sponge applicator that works very well for door seals and the window pieces.
