I'm planning to have my GS300 01 hood and front bumper painted next week while I'm away on vacation. They quoted me $720 dollars. Is this a fair price?

I think it is a little high as long as you don't have any dents that they have to take out. I would say $500- 600 should be good.My $.02

 

I agree, a bit on the high side.

You should be able to find a shop to do it for $600. And that should be quality paint and workmanship too.

Shop around a bit, you might be surprised...then again...in your area of the country, that might just be the going rate.

 

Its very expensive, the max you should give is $350 - 400..
