I messed up using touch-up paint, too a while back. I used some Maguire's Scratch X to get it off, and it worked perfectly. But I'd try the Langka stuff first, since it's made for this sort of thing.

i got the scratch x stuff so i'll try that first. thanks.
When I did a little touch up I got a very small blob so I taped around the area (I mean RIGHT at the edges) and used some very fine color sanding sand paper made for models and took the blob part right off the top of the touch up area. Then I buffed it out and you can not even tell where it was damaged.
