Default Touch Up Paint?

I found some on ebay and was wondering do they actually work? my front bumber on the 1992 lexus the paint is peeling...its not chipped, just peeling and i dont like the light red on it after the paint has peeled...and was windering do youb think these will make my peeled color look back to normal without making my car look ugly? do they match coorectly?

It won't match perfectly regardless....since you have a 92, it can be expected that your paint has faded in color, whereas the touch up paint will be fresh. It will likely look better than how it looks now, but it will probably be noticeable.

if you want to try to get the best match, sent the paint chip that peeled off to get it custom mixed as a touch up for you.

when the paint of your bumper pealed off that means that bumper was been replaced and they do a bad job on that bumper. Lexus bumper made on pvc materials that you need a special adhesive as a primer that the paint would not pealed off when you paint the bumper.
check if that vechicle you bought had a prevoius accident!!!
