Anyone done a vinyl/leather color change?
Anyone out here done it?
I am considering dying the interior of my SC rather than buying a whole new black interior. I don't have rear seats anymore since my cage goes through there...and, my front seats are now black cloth and it looks so much better than the ugly, weathered, tan in the car.
Dying the carpets is no problem whatsoever. I am going to look in to dying the dash, and vinyl around the back, black....I'd like to hear if anyone has done it or if someone can point me in the right direction to do it.
IF I fail, I'll just buy a full black interior out of a wrecked car, but if I can do it and make it look decent to good for $1000 cheaper, I'll do that. The car is a street tire class car so I'm not too worried about nitpicking.
Thanks,
Cory

I don't have time at the moment to write out the info, but I just chimed in at Autopia on this very question, so I left you the link to read. I'll check back and help more if I can. Gotta run...
