Default Best tire shine application tool?

What does everyone like to use for applying your favorite tire product onto your tires? I think I'd like to try something like this:
Amazon Amazon

I use these
applicators applicators
.
They're cheap enough and have a plastic case to prevent from getting residue smeared everywhere.

Thanks, I had something similar a while back but it didn't have the case. That's a nice touch. My only beef with the one I had was I didn't really like the foam material.

The guys at my car wash use something that is very flat, it almost looks like a half-size Swiffer (without the long handle obviously) and it doesn't use foam. It seems to apply the shine really evenly. I might see if I can find something that identifies who makes that next time I'm there. My car exterior stays pretty clean between washes but I'd like to keep the tires shined myself every 3-4 days.

Why not buy a swifter and cut to the size you want.

LOL, I assume you aren't being serious. There has to be some type of surface material on the applicator that works to apply the tire shine.

I've tried most of the applicator pads out there and I found this to be the best one. It's got a great hand grip and it's not a flat surface so it gets into any indentations on your sidewall.

Interesting, thank you. I saw this one on Amazon but skipped past it because I wasn't thinking it would work well. Might give this one a whirl.

I use that same Adam's style foam applicator, except I cut 2 sides so that the face of the foam is shaped like a pill. Fits the lower profile tire sidewall size better without getting the tire dressing on the face of the rims.

All I use is a old sponge just for tire dressing, that works out pretty good for me.

I recently purchased and tried this on two vehicles. Has been the best tire applicator I've tried in all my years of detailing.
