Default Touch up paint

Looking to touch up a few rock chips in the front bumper. Mine is in metallic grey unfortunately so sounds like challenging to achieve a good touch up. In your experience do you prefer original Lexus touch up kit (which contains a base and clear coat), or like Chipex, Dr.ColorChip?

Thank you!

no matter what type of paint you use, whether it's the paint, brush, etc, make sure you touch/fill in the spot very slowly with something point like a toothpick. Take your time to lower the chance of needing to sand after. I used the brush on my old car and that single drop stuck out like a giant zit on a kid's face going through puberty.
