Hey guys so firstly, little intro on me: Names Lester, i work part time and am a student full time... Im trying to become a cop, but do everything cars in my free time, shows races track days etc.. Im big on Lexus and have been ever since my dad gave me my first car as a gift (99 Leuxs RX) i ended up fixing that one up and after getting a job traded it in for MY VERY FIRST CAR... yeah its a big car and alot of people dont understand why or how i bought a 32k car at 19... Hello, my name is Cor and I'm an addict.

Things haven't been the same since I bought my Lexus. I'm living paycheck to paycheck again, my wife left me, I'm late to the office every day because I can't pull in to the parking lot without driving a few more minutes, my neighbors think I do hard drugs because they see me wiping it down at 5AM while I wait on my coffee to finish brewing. LOL

Although most of that isn't true, I do believe I'll be driving a Lexus in one form or another for a long time to come. I find myself riding

I'm either living in the Dallas, Texas area or in Colorado depending on what day it is.

I recently bounced my 2010 Maxima off the back of Tahoe at 8MPH and totaled it sooo I ended up buying a one owner 2006 RWD IS250 that is absolutely immaculate. It literally doesn't have a rock chip or scratch on it and was obviously rarely driven. I feel like I got lucky.

Frankly, I've spoiled myself here. Other than one rattle that I can't seem to find on the passenger side of the interior, I have yet to find anything to ***** about. Hands down, best car I've ever owned.

Pearl white, with 18" stock wheels for the moment. Perfect tan leather that looks like it's never been sat on. And it still smells brand new!

So far, this is what I've accomplished in two weeks.

Late model taillights or maybe Infinity G circular LED modules in the stock housings

I am disappointed that I couldn't get one with NAV. If it's not a ton of cash, I might look at swapping the head unit with an OEM NAV setup, just not sure how much work that would be or if it's that simple - but I would imagine if I search here there's a thread for that.

Picked up the new commuter car on Saturday after 3 months of looking (selling our FX35). I can't believe how fast this car is...lol...I had a smile on my face the entire 3 hr drive home

Car is in immaculate condition. Not 1 door ding, interior is 100%. Entirely serviced at the Lexus dealer (including spring install) Previous owner didn't even wear jeans in it in fear of damaging the leather - lol.
The Cam Gear TSB hasn't been done - which my dealer stated has been extended to a 9 year coverage?

Yesterday I had the mirror tint removed, and replaced with normal smoke tint, removed front plate.
Currently the front grill and rear emblems are taped up and being plastidipped in the smoke color.
Future plans are darker wheels and wrapping the chrome window trim in black.
If anyone knows if 19's with 40 series tires will fit with the Fsport lowering springs, I'd appreciate input. I really want 19's, but don't want the 35 series rubber bands. I want to maintain as comfy as ride as possible. Lots of potholes in my area.

My name is Luis and live in Oahu. I just recently purchased a used 2007 IS250 rdw and have started modifying it to fit me. The car is completely stock with the exception of tint and window visors.

The day after I purchased it, I ordered a set of 19" Niche Targas (matte black) 8.5 in the front 9.5 in the back, also drop springs to close the gap in between tire and fender.

I am in the middle of plast dipping all of the chrome and emblems on the car.

Mods to come: Spoiler, HID Fog Lights, LED reverse lights, and the list continues
