7. The car only had one owner and 40,000 miles on it when I purchased it two days before this past Christmas. I gave up my beloved 300 AWHP '07 Subaru WRX for this because frankly, I was tired of a rough ride and V8 gas mileage and at least one Honda a day trying to race me on the highway.


And yes I did request the bow for delivery. It was my Christmas present to me.

Hi there, I have been lurking the forums recently, so thought it was time to introduce myself. I purchased an 06 IS250 a few months ago and must say I am loving it!! This is my first Lexus, but being from New Zealand, I have grown up modifying Japanese cars, everything from early Toyota's, Mazda rotaries, to late model Nissans and I was actually looking for an Altezza (IS200), when I came across this 250 at a bargain price.

5. No spoiler (Yet)
6. Interior color - I am not sure what the official name for this interior is??
7. From what I can tell, it has the majority of options, such as ML Navi with reverse cam, headlight washers, auto tilt mirrors, etc.....but I don't have a rear shade, light up sil trims or distance radar for the cruise control
8. I am based in Perth, Western Australia
9. The plan had been to simply buy it and drive it, but already I have purchased a set of 350 front calipers from another member on here and have the rotors & pads on order. I am also seriously considering the F-sport clutch and quick shift kit. It is also quite likely to end up on coilovers, with adjustable arms and a set of 19" VS-XX. A number of smaller mods I have seen on here have interested me too, such as led interior lighting and auto-fold mirrors, so stoked to have found this forum

congrats on your purchase, you should check out ddmtuning.com for your leds and HIDs thats where I bought all mine, 3x 194 for front Dome, 2x Festoon 31mm for rear dome, and if you want to do your parking lights as well as fog lights to match then you can get them there as well and at a very reasonable price.... ijdm for your DRLs if you want them to match too the only downside is you will get rid of your high beams...

Thanks for the info and link dude, I will definitely check them out, as from what I have read, the led conversion is a well priced mod that has an impact on the cars look

ALSO, i'm looking to order some VIP Modular VRC13's. I'm not quite sure as to what offset I should run though. I would like to sit flush to fender. I was thinking of running 19x8.5's in the front and 19x9.5's in the rear. If you have any ideas as to offset, let me know!

I am doing some !8x8 F and 18x9.5 rear tomorrow all with +32 offset and from what I have researched I should be sitting flush I think +35 are pretty much flush

What's up everybody, hope ya'll are doing great. I'm the new guy, just purchased my first Lexus a few days ago and lovin it. I've owned a Subaru WRX, Infiniti G35, Acura Integra, Nissan Sentra SER (SR20DET swap) , Honda CRX, Honda Accord and a Mazda 3. Yup, I'm all about them JDM's, no "muscle" cars for me lol. I was going to get the IS350 but I'm done with street racing (oops I mean legal racing at the strip hehe) so I purchased an Automatic IS250. I hear not much was made for this car performance wise so that will keep the mod bug under control. I do intend to try and squeeze 20-40 more HP out of this thing but who knows, wish me luck. Future plans are coilovers, 19 or 20 inch wheels, body kit, HID lighting, audio set up and more....I'll be staying away from the engine as much as possible . Glad to be here, pictures are attached, if ya don't see them it means I jacked it up and didn't upload them correctly .
