Snapshots of my virgin white IS-F + family
Thanks, I love the green ~ almost want to paint my s2000 that color
PurduePete: We'll hook up next time I'm in Chicago
elm3c: Not yet, our official grand opening will be next month as we still have some things to finish but you're welcome to drop by anytime, just call me first!
08MRISF: which DRL are you referring to? The ones in the OEM lexus headlamp or my custom LED setup near the fogs?

This was one of my first no hassle mods - the LED's are 60 smt LED units with voltage boosters. 6000k in color
I love them but the only sacrifice is you lose your high beam halogen bulbs but that's fine with me as I have my HID xenon fogs too

^V-LED (thought I stated that before...)
Anyways I'm taking this car on a 1000 mile road-trip next weekend so look for some destination pictures on my way back to my hometown. Been planning a road trip like this for her to stretch her legs since these days it just sits in my garage collecting dust sadly....

My IS-F + family is slowly getting larger - just picked up a new 4-wheeler....
No it's not white (actually I wanted black/yellow) but wifey wanted pink for our daughter. I gave in on the stroller but the diaper bag is my color
Thinking about adding some LED's and pink time-attack stripes on the wheels, whatcha think?
Our baby is due in December so the date is getting very close and thus I think the NSX will live under that car cover for a while....
P.S. Many have asked so that red satin car cover is from SOS and hugs my baby like a glove

timeToy: Glad you got one that is color matched to your ride! I did not want a white stroller so the black/pink was what my wife picked.
ok back on topic - I've found some fun new mods to make my IS-F distinctly unique "again" so wait til I finish and I'll post up some more pictures.....

Year in Review ~ seems 2010 was big year for my IS-F as it did most of it's transformation....had the car for roughly 2 years of ownership and no problems to report.
The car has come a long way from it's stock form. Since this picture was taken I've acquired two more s2000's (GPW and Sebring Silver) since I can't seem to get enough of the s2000 roadster. A big difference between the s2000 vs. the IS-F is the enormous aftermarket support!

Coming from the e46 M3 family - guess I got a bit spoiled by aftermarket support hence I'm starting to get bored with the IS-F. Physically I can't fault the car as it just runs perfect in terms of a DD! We took it on a 1000 mile+ roadtrip to Portland with 3 people and it ran superbly. The JoeZ exhaust had no virtually no drone as my buddies fiance never complained. It had awesome passing power as we made short work of any cars that tried to race us on the way up there. Everything from Jetta's to e46 m3's were left in the dust pretty easily
If I had to take my e46 m3 on a long roadtrip the exhaust drone was VERY annoying in comparo. Great job JoeZ, after 2 years I still love this system:

Although I love my Advan wheels, sometimes I miss the classy look of the OEM wheels so we may swap wheels in 2011 for something more classy with a lip, still debating but hard to argue with the OEM IS-F wheel:

Look for a new state of the art LED DRL system to be installed/retrofitted that is on par with Audi OEM quality and brightness. Also we will be prototyping our new IS-F diffuser in full carbon fiber finish. Still working on the molds but my car should have the prototype installed in early 2011!
For next year, planning to replace the IS-F with a different sports sedan/suv, the yellow s2000 is gone and debating if I want to lose the NSX finally for a R8 or keep it.

hey s4play I think it's time you update this thread with some new pics of your IS-F
We were over at your shop and saw some pretty trick new mods, stop keeping it all under wraps as I think many CL members would like to see! Time to stop letting it collect dust and drive it a bit to local meets mang!
