This Lamp Assembly, Map is a genuine OEM Lexus part #81260-30461-B0. Everything is in like new condition except I had to replace because the Up/Down Tilt sunroof buttons started working intermittently. This part came from my 2006 Lexus GS300. Retails at dealers for $600+. Selling for $25 + S/H (hoping someone can fix the circuit for the sunroof tilt and save themselves a ton of money).
