I changed out my headlights to a set out of a 2014 so my old ones are available if anyone is up for a project to restore and/or open up and paint black.

Tabs are broken on both but its been that way for years with no issue.
When one of the tabs broke, it partially snapped out of the housing and left a small opening. We sealed it up as seen by the 3rd picture. There has been no moisture inside the lights in the last 2 years that I've been running like that.

Headlight lenses are yellowing, especially on the driver side.

I didn't notice any movement. The 3 screws hold it in place well and the only thing you can't do is hook the little tab that broke off. But the lights are held in place well.

Are the inside of the lenses clean?

I got them buffed out a couple years ago when they first started discoloring on the outside and they looked like new for a while. So I believe the insides are clean but I can't say for certain. It all looks like its the usual headlight oxidation on the outside and I don't see any peeling or anything major inside.
