Not saying anything about the price but this for installing into a non-Nav car. It’s possible to install an oem Nav unit into a non-Nav car but it will take a lot more work.

I hate to disagree with people, but unfortunately you've spread false information. This specific system is designated for the non-nav IS and is extremely easy to install. It's direct plug and play just like op said. I would pick this up in an instance but my dollar in Canada is far less than the American.

Oh and it’s possible to install an Oem Nav into a non-Nav car. Spend some time in the DIY section before you start making your statements as having some basis in fact.

but the added hassle of wiring it is a pain for most people. And on top of that, the Flyaudio has tons more features than the OEM unit has.
