Used but in good condition, Don't really know what you could do to these but maybe scratch them a little, otherwise they mount behind the grille where the horns are and simply redirect some of the incoming air into the intake during driving.

I think that is very difficult question to answer. There is a thread on here that confirmed it did redirect air and aid with cooling the intake air at speed but not sure beyond that.
