What is the oil catch can attached too? And that is the first I've seen with a 2 1/2 inch pipe all the way through with the injen intake, I thought they only made the 3 inch in to 2 1/2 intake system.

what exactly does the oil catch pan do for the car? Is it beneficial?

The is250 has a problem of carbon build up known as sludge. So by putting an oil catch can it would help get the sludge before it does damage. I made a bracket that hooks up to the intake. Both of these together work good !
