This is an OEM Lexus IS-F Exhaust Manifold OEM Left (Driver's side) Header L38060 and Heatshield.
The dealer charges $1200 for this single exhaust manifold; get it at a fraction of the cost. OEM Factory Lexus part.
This header can act as a replacement or it can be used for custom modification.
Asking $400 + shipping,
*I will also include a right-side exhaust manifold heatshield as well.
