Up for sale is a slightly used SL2Vi Package 1 (non ML). I purchased the ML+ a couple of years ago and put this in a box. It has the latest iPhone cable to charge iPhone3/3gs/4/4s.

For those who want this, this will work with any gen5 navigation without Mark Levinson. I've confirmed with Vais. Below is the link. If you can use package 1, this will work for you.
