Selling my 2012 tails, the ones with the clear outers. This is the complete set, inner and outer lights - perfect upgrade for people with '06-'08 ISx50s that want the newer LED style but want to keep it OEM.
I have no idea what these are worth; since they sell for $950 with the Club Lexus discount on Sewell, so I'll list them for $800 and take offers. If you're in the Bay Area I can do the install for you free of charge. The lights are in mint condition, no damage whatsoever.
Given that the IS-F tail lights are a direct swap into the ISx50 I would suspect so. Only possible complication would be this extra metal tab some cars have, but I think it's only for '06-'07 ISx50s. Worst case scenario, you dremel it away.

I installed 2010 tail lights on my 2007 and for those tabs you are referring to, you just have to slightly bend it so the light fits.
No cutting or anything! Just a good towel wrapping the tabs and using 2 hands to bend it!
