Extrude hone.com ISF ported manifold and throttle body by elite!
The ISF intake manifold has been ported and polished by http://extrudehone.com/auto/auto-performance.php I chose to use extrude hone simply due to their reputation and excellent feedback from the race scene. I will include new oem manifold gaskets so the install can happen immediately. This install should take 2-4hrs max. You will have 0 down with your car because all the leg work is done. Then list your oem cores for sale and get some of your initial expense back. (AVG CORE VALUE 300-500.00)
The Throttle body was sent to Elite auto engineering for the port and polish as well.
This is perfect for someone trying to squeeze all the N/A power out of the 5.0 v8 or doing a direct port nitrous set up. You can drill and tap the Manifold for nitrous jets and keep your oem manifold in case you take the nitrous off.
As you can see the rough aluminum casting marks are all gone from the inside of the throttle body in front of the blade and after the blade. The aluminum step has also been removed that makes the oem set up more restrictive. The Inner portion is smooth as glass and will in turn increase the velocity of air flow. This is not a hard modification to install at all, I was quoted 3 hours of tech time from the Lexus dealer for installation which is exactly what alldatapro.com states the labor should be.
In the price this includes Fed ex shipping and handling and the pay-pal fee I will endure. I am willing to do international shipping as well at the buyers expense.
$1,050.00 OBO for both items Shipped! The Oem throttle body sells for 967.30 alone. The oem manifold sells for 1,459.84. The port work cost me a total of 900.00 on top of the oem pieces I purchased. This is over $3,000.00 worth of parts of labor!! My loss is your gain
Local pick up is fine as well, I'm in Dallas Fort Worth area.

No they have never been installed, they are fresh from the machine shops. There has already been testing done by elite and a few others. The gains are there for sure. we have an awesome 5.0 v8 and V8's love more air flow. Just look at how much our cars gain from only exhaust and headers. If I install them they will never be removed even if I sell the car. Its a mod that cant be detected by Lexus techs and since the exterior of the parts are the same as oem Id just assume leave them installed forever. Unless someone was going to drill the manifold for a direct port set up then you would want to keep the oem one for future swap out.
