If I machine them, the price goes to $200. I left it open for someone to possibly purchase for their track car that didnt care and was going to pad-slap it, etc...

I'm planning on pad slapping them for track use. I'd rather they were not turned. I just got a set of discs from an eBay seller and they suck when they've been turned. If you're going to have them centerless ground on a Blanchard grinder, they'd probably be fine, but with the spiral groove to the center, they're a PITA to bed in.

Mine look like this, and they still measure 29.6mm thick:
