howcome im sending you $75 bucks?? i said the lip was crack?? i duct tape it so it would not further crack, everything i send for you is repairable?? what is going on?? all you have to do is fix the crack in the middle and repaint that how it fixed it before?? the screws you just use the one that you already have on your bumper?? everything describe?? i dont understand what is going on, everything was as describe, it was crack in the middle, its wear a tear on the bottom, everything is fiber glass, everything is repairable??

You sent more than just a "cracked" lip. You sent a lip that had MULTIPLE cracks which you did not indicate. You ONLY INDICATED one crack that was in the middle. That is not wear and tear on the bottom of the lip on both sides...that is completely gone and it was cracked as well with pieces missing. You did not indicate that to me. You ducted tape more than middle to hide the damage.

You falsely advertised what you were selling!! Tell me why someone would buy a 260 dollar lip with multiple cracks and pieces of a lip missing. You indicated there was ONE crack in the middle and it was repairable.

I am asking for 75 bucks for the inconvenience and for the damage that was NOT described. I have reported this to Club Lexus and to Paypal with supporting evidence of the original post and the pictures and emails we have exchanged indicating the transaction.

Like I said I have no problem getting my lawyer involved to settle this dispute. I am only asking what is fair. I have submitted the paper work to my lawyer already and he should be getting your personal information this week. Please help me resolve this. Thank you.

LOL - I was wondering why this thread had so many views and posts! Glad to see that you received some compensation for the mangled lip, but not nearly enough based on the damage.
