WTB 2002 midpipe

I’m looking for he midpipe for a 2002 GS300. This is the piece that has the 3rd cat

the one with the resonator on it? after the mufflers?

No not the Y pipe that connects to the mufflers. The pipe in between there and the headers. It has the 3rd cat on it. Here is a picture....
