This is the VSM standard mount (not the VSM legend or VSM G3). The standard mount is just the mount you see in the photos. The user provides whatever holder/device is attach to the mount.
In my case, I had a small XM receiver/display attached to the VSM mount using the plastic mount/bezel of the XM unit. I used zip-ties to attach it to the mount. It worked very well and was solid for years.
If you're in the need of a type of holder, you'd have to provide one. ProFit sells some iPhone and universal ones on their website.
