Precision Industries promises one free stall change with any purchase of one of their torque converters. sakataj, if you buy it, and the original owner provides you with proof of purchase than they should oblige and change the stall or repair it for free. isn't PI in Tennessee? Why doesn't the original poster take it there to get fixed before selling? And from personal experience since I have one of these, perhaps it'd be better off with a 2600 stall. im running 2800 and sometimes it seems a little much. but im also running the supra tt rear diff with 3:73 gears.

meh, got my detail, finally going up for sale.... no more mods for me plus if i had to rebuild it, i wouldnt wanna offer much and i dont wanna lowball anyone
yes they are in TN about 1.5 hours from me and 10 mins down the road from my girlfriend . much further for OP and then he has to put $ into it. yes they do promise a free one but as OP says he isnt the original owner so it would cost me to rebuild
