Hi I am interested in the sports design steering ecu. I have a 2003 GS430 and will it be compatible? Also does it make a difference in the steering and handling thanks.

Yes the ECU is compatible to all 98-05 GS models. It does make a small difference at lower speeds and anything above 65 mph. If I'm not mistaken I think all GS430 already came equipped with a similar ecu just a different part #. So in your case you might not notice a difference. People with pre 2001 models would notice a small amount of stiffness.

that is correct, the GS430 uses essentially the same steering ECU as the sports design steering ecu ALTHOUGH the L-tuned steering ecu is a good upgrade for the GS430. this particular one is a good upgrade for ALL 1998-2000 models and the non sport design 2001-2005 Gs300 though. also dont hold your breath on finding a L-tuned steering ecu it took me almost 4 years to find one.

some good parts in here OP GLWS. if that trunk bar was black chrome i would have scooped it
