I dont know since. I do believe the mirrors where shaped differently. You can buy the 01+ mirrors and put these on as well since there are a bunch of parting outs threads on here

its a new housing. you take off half of the mirror housing and replace it with this.

Seen these in person on p/o car and they are legit, pretty sure in addition to the outer shells having the blinker and puddle light, I remember the blue glass also has an arrow blinker incorporated into it. GLWS!

you are correct sir. It does have the arrow blinker on the glass.

No because they had amber turn signals built into the mirrors but the blue glass gives the same effect
