Are they a matching pair with the yellow caps inside? And it's one of them cloudy compared to the other?

I believe they're yellow bulbs and yes one of them are oxidized.

Yeah I know. I got it like that. Buddy of mine gave me another set cause someone jacked my fogs. My regular set was super clear.
