Jay as shady as it looks did he actually withdraw the funds? No matter which way you look at it the listing was obviously for something far from "like new", but if he never accepted your payment at least he's not a complete theif. Shady, but not a thief. Good luck regardless.

there are no garrantess but this will minimize scams/deadbeats, A voucher can easily back out and not step up if something happens..especially if the item is $$$.. Me personally DO NOT VOUCH for anyone except if you are close enough for me to touch you if you smear my name.

Look how many people sell stuff and say, Pictures to come later...either never post a pic before someone buys it, or just wait tills someone does..

This is exactly what happened to me. I bought a 3rd brake light from a member (lexfrmtex) and was ASSURED that it was in perfect working condition when he took it off his car. I got around to installing it a month later and 2 of the 5 bulbs did not light up. He refused to refund my money and I was stuck with a partially working 3rd brake light until Brian (Sakata) came to my rescue and gave me his. All I had to do was pay shipping. Need more members like that. 2GS' are becoming easier to get and its disappointing to see that our cars are being owned by immature, dishonest people.

Guys when you see a thread like this when a member is clearly lacking credentials to sell, use the report a post feature to alert the moderator team to review it promptly.

Btw Any voucher that backs out of resolving a situation gets banned from the classifieds
