Gte Swap Custom Install Parts
Ok so here are a few items that will make life lots easier for anyone planning to do a GTE swap into their 98-05 GS. I kept these separate from the motor swap since some people may be collecting parts before their swap and some of this stuff I rarely, if ever, see available.
Custom 3" mid-pipe for 3" downpipe to any GS catback exhaust
Again, this is a custom made item. 3" all the way through, mandrel bends. Had this bolted up to a 3" downpipe and Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust. Save yourself time and paying someone to fab a custom mid pipe for you. This piece is roughly 48"-60" long, no rubbing, tight to chassis for clearance.

Return Fuel System
Includes return line, fuel pump assembly modified for return line, fittings, Walbro fuel pump and fuel pump assembly/hanger. Please note that with the Walbo pump (in my case at least) the fuel gauge was not very accurate,I believe the fuel ecu was the cause as the duty cycle calculation used for the stock pump is far off from the fuel consumed by the TT motor/Walbro. Don't get me wrong, the gauge worked but would drop from full, to 3/4, to half etc... it wasn't as linear as the OEM pump so just keep that in mind, I just kept an eye on mileage and never had an issue. Estimating around 15k mi on this setup.
Basically you drop this in your tank, run the included line to your TT fuel rail and your done.

I am interested in the return system....I offer you 250.00 shipped as I already have some of the components including the new walboro 400 lph.....let me know..I can paypal it to you if you're interested...does it have the braided fuel line ?....and can you help me with a tranny or tranny mod as i plan to put down 600whp and the stock tranny won't stand that....thanks
