Just to give you an idea. I can buy a mint GS400 with nav and HID with 45k miles on it, extended warranty to 100k for $26k. And I didn't look for it long either.

Lowered again!!!
Retrodrive,
I went out on autotrader and matched the price on my GS300 and I was overpriced by about 500.00 I think when you compare miles, year, and price. I did not see too many 2000 GS300 that was under 50,000 miles going for no less than 26, 500. As for whoever is selling his GS$ for 26 with 45,000 miles on it... why is it not sold yet?!?! I did not see any on autotrader with that kind of milage at that price! That car is an easy 29-30G's!!!! I know it would have been sold really quick if it was clean and on Autotrader!!! Anyway you made me do a little research and it was a little high so I will lower it again to 26,500 or someone PM me an offer and I will see what I can do! Thanks Retro!!! Retro if you do know that kid with the GS4 for 26 please pm me if he has pics of his ride!!!

I think your price is in the right ballpark. I just bought mine from a dealership and paid 27,000 and it has 25,000 miles. It was on their site for 31,995 and they wanted to move before year end.

I have a 99 GS300 and would love to upgrade to the GS400/430 but it would not be smart to do right now. I would recommend that you hold onto the perfect GS300 you have right now and wait until 2005 for the new GS's. Why sell a car you know everything about and buy something else USED that you know nothing about and may regret. The new GS series will be completely redesigned with more engine HP and possibly all wheel drive. If that is the case I will wait !!!!!! Think about it, it makes sense. You car is awsome, there is no need to spend all that extra money for another identical car that has a bigger engine and a TV screen in the dash !!!!!!
