Thanks ... Took about 3 days of prepping, using a steele brush with brake cleaner. Used G2 paint .. eBay Lexus stickers

Will it be enough clearance with 18" wheels? Also is it simple bolt on?

With RCA's you're good to go I believe, 17's is the cut off but you might want to double check on that, it bolts right up, just need to bend the dust shield back a bit. PHML has a great write up about clearance
