FS: 6 Speed conversion parts
My car is going back to automatic, I will be selling everything off of my car that you need to upgrade to manual. Everything was off a 01 IS300, bought new from Lexus. The clutch master cylinder, lines, Slave Cylinder, pedal, pedal bracket, etc.. all of these parts can be found on the below invoices.
Then there was a new V160 driveshaft customized to fit the GS300, Custom V160 shifter to clear the taller tranny tunnel and center console (2 stock shifters to make this one), Custom V160 shifter tree and modified linkage Custom V160 transmission Mount. $1200 for everything.
I have attached my reciept from Lexus, this doesn't include the $500 paid to a driveshaft shop for the custom driveshaft, 3 hours labor to weld up and fit the shifter tree,$200 for 2 V160 shifters to make 1 longer one that works like stock, the labor to weld them together / fabricate 1 longer shifter, Modified V160 Transmission mount, modified V160 linkage. Then there was several hours to modify the IS300 pedal bracket to fit the GS300.
I'm looking over my Speedtech invoices now, here is the breakdown to modify these parts, all labor was $75 per hour. Of course this doesn't include the cost of the driveshaft, shifters, crossmember, pr any parts for that matter.
Adapt Shifter Position / Height - 3 hours
Adapt Cross Member - 2 hours
Adapt shifter location and lengthen stick (welding) $85
Lengthen Supra Driveshaft $300
Install clutch pedal - 8 hours (much of this time was fitting and more fitting / trimming of the pedal bracket prior to install, working under the dash)

Just ran on pump gas and low boost. 12.2 @ 124 or so.
It's the best way to recover my investment. It's hard to sell a 6 speed GS300 APU car for 20K+ but not so hard to part out the mods and sell it as a swapped GS for 12K or so.
