I would prefer to purchase it locally and willing to drive in the tri state area to pick it up.

i can purchase it outright or do a trade with my OEM exhaust + cash ofcourse from my end.

The front megan pipe is sold, but that won't fit a 400 anyway. But the rear y-pipe and mufflers are still available.
