SAGE RCA kits comes with 12.9 high grade hex bolts
You will need a 10mm hex socket for the 12.9 high grade bolts.
I believe stock torque spec is around 81 ft/lbs. I suggest maybe a bit more for these new bolts...like 85 ft/lbs.

No I think the Exact ones are thicker, so they will go lower.

these are for the fronts and iam not sure if they will go lower i thought they were both the same ??

exacts front rca = 38mm (rubs inner barrel with 16" wheels)......sage front rca = 30mm (NO rubbing).
