WRONG AGAIN MY FRIEND!! I am willing to take OBO as usual not trying to make no top dollar on anything. Now when it comes to low balling someone then thats another thing like this problem we are having here bud. CAUTION! Moderators and others be very careful with this member. First before I start, I joined this forum and I have tried to do my part to help others because I think this site is very helpful to us all. I have never posted anything negative and would have never done until now. I have spoken with a few of my closer members about my pending sale for the items this member just sold. The overall feeling of most of them was that it is my obligation to warn other members about what happened with this seller. I offered this seller a price last weekend and understood when he wanted to wait to see if he could get a better price for his items. I told him that if he did not get his price to contact me. 1-5-09 afternoon I got a text message asking me if I still wanted the items I did not reply 1-6-08 I got another text from seller asking if I got his text message. I called him and we came to an agreement. I even told him I would get on CL classified and put up a good post for him since he was having some problems with another member (onesickgs) about lowballing situation with the items. He informed me 1-8-09 that he got another offer for more money from another member and hope I understood. Unfortunately, all exchanges were done via text messages or by phone so I don't have a paper trail like I would if I were using CL PMs. I know that he was not obligated to sell me his items but the only thing we have to go by here is our word of integrity and I thought that was good enough I guess not.

when i asked about them...he said that several people had said that they wanted them but nobody has put up the cash...he told me 1st one to cough up the dough gets em...so thats what i did....so far...no unfair dealings with me...just my 2 cents

I fair warn everyone lookin at the item and all pending sale!!!! That who ever first comes with payment basicly is sold to them simple as that. (nsf0607) I spoke to him very clear about whats going on, First time we talked he said he wanted them for sure but was waiting for some money because he had other work to his motor, but then I explained verrry clear!!That if anyone came with a better offer they will be sold. He told me that he understands and if it was like that well let it be and sell them. We agree yes on a price that I was ok with on the second time we spoke, just because I thought it was going to be a lot ezer for me instead of shipping out. I understand were you are coming from all the way. But I hope you understand my point of view as well. I just think they are worth a little bet more then we agree on. I made sure that everything was told to everyone once again and was very clear to everyone, and everything with this item. I spoke to everyone the fastest I can, even at work texting away. nsf0607- IS A GREAT GUY! AND MANN GREAT POSTS ABOUT GS INFO!!!!
