I have a 2000 GS300 and I am not sure if I need the harness that is not coming with these tail light sets. Does my car need them or is that a 2001 and up thing only. Please let me know, thank you. I might be interested. Any pictures so I can see?

Your car needs them for the reverse light bulb. all other bulbs plug in. you can rig the reverse light socket to it the tail light though, if that is not a big deal with you.

No, these do not come with harnesses. Just tail lights.
