i was told it doesn't exist by the dealership b/c "we don't want the users to work on the car" (go figure at their expensive rates). I know there is a digital one online somewhere that you can purchase...but I just have my friend at Lexus just print me out what I need .

check ebay I bought my 2000 manuals for around $80 shipped.
