FS: Headlights (non-HID) - located in San Diego

I bought these off eBay about a year ago for $250, but never got around to installing them on my 98 GS400. I have started a business and need the money more than the headlights. My loss = your gain.
The headlights have surfaces scratches on the lenses. Some scratch remover might clean them up nicely. I haven't tried any products. I have adjusted the price accordingly. They are condensation-free!
They include Sylvania bulbs (condition unknown).
Can ship to 48 continental states for $25.
