pm upstateGS4 - last I heard he had a set of green OEM HID headlights for sale. if you don't go with an OEM hood, I think ebay has a seibon carbon fiber hood vendor in norcal and they're $500-$550. maybe you can negotiate a lower price since you can pick it up?
