Default WTB: Blue LEDs for Daytime Running Light area

its not the headlights, not the foglights... its that small light between the grill and headlight...

i was thinking about putting a light blue LED in there to go with my 8000K HIDs...

is there a kit available or something somebody can etc. i dunno

Search the GS section and you'll find the bulb number ... I think it's a 194 or soemthing ... then check out www.superbrightleds.com and order the LED replacement for the 194 fitting. They come in all different colors and from a single bulb to multiple bulbs. The website is cheap and shipping is quick. I changed out mine to match my HIDs instead of that dingy yellow.

I have a set of blue/white 194 PIAA led's. if you don't like the superbrightleds that you bought, lemme know I would be willing to sell you these. I can't run em on my car since the blue is illegal to run in the state of HI. (blue light=cop car)

The DRLare 9005. They are just using the wrong term. The bulb that comes on when the headlights come on also are 194's.

I'd recommend PIAA's.

Hey JT. If the 5 led bulbs don't match, I can swap a pair of polarg m4's for a pair of your 5 leds.

As stated before the DRL's are just the high beams running at I believe 50%. When you turn your headlights on, there's an accent light that lights up inside the highbeam housing which is the 194 bulb. I would advise you to not get a blue bulb for that because it's illegal (at least in NJ). I had blue leds in that light housing and on my side markers, but I recently switched them because I was pulled over for having the blue lights without a permit.

Blue OK for off-road use (ie: car shows, etc..).

Let me know what you looking for...I have a few sets of SMD LEDs for sale.
