hey bro, are these the oem toyota japan window visors? come with all four with clips? obv. the tape im assuming needs to be replaced but is everything else good?

No these aren't the Toyota Japan ones. There is no tape with these; they slide up into the window slits pretty tight. They're in good very good condition.

They're in very good condition, if I liked the look I would have kept them. The name inside the visors are "Weather-Techs". I truely have no use for them so they must go.
