thank you.. these are the ones that I need for these wheels, how did you refinish yours? because I have these now with gold finish on the L logo, and need them in chrome.. I see you refinished yours in chrome, how did you do it, can you tell me DIY.. thanks, so instead of buying I will just refinish the ones I have like you did..

dude the pics are as explanitory as i can really get.. as you can tell i had to chip off the melted plastic on the back of the caps holding the "L" on then they come right off... i set them aside and only refinished the CAPS themselves.. i did not refinish the chrome L's... they were in good shape already.. BUT if you pop them off like i did im sure you could just use chrome spray on them and make them look real decent.. just make sure you scuff everything with sand paper and clean it up good before you start spraying..do lots of coats, light coats, wait 20 minutes in between, 4 or 5 coats should do it on whatever surfaces you decide to paint, just dont rush it and dont lay it on too thick because it will run... also- when its time to put the L's back on, if you chipped the plastic nubs off the back of the cap that were holding the L's on the right way, you will still have the studs on the back of the emblems that will slide back into the holes on the caps enough to where you will still see them poking through the back of the cap even though you chipped that back edge off... you need to use some sort of extremely good glue to hold these back on now, superglue plastic GEL works nice... i used plasticweld stuff that sort of melted the tips back to the way they were before i chipped them off from the back, so i know they arent going any where...but like i said bro, its pretty self explanitory once you take them off and look at them.... as far as paint recommendation goes... i originally used silver duplicolor WHEEL paint....wasnt a great match for the stock silver 17s... went with another silver duplicolor car/body paint and for the life of me i cant remember the exact color or find the can.. sorry bro.. as for the chrome.. they have all kinds of chrome paint just make sure you get one that will hold up to the elements..exterior strength type stuff... good luck.
