It is supposed to be an Explosion bumper (JDM version of the RMM bumper). They sit lower to better match the sideskirts, the back is flatter and does not curve in as much (which means you need longer exhaust tips), and there are some design lines on the sides (not visible from the pic).

If you search for the Explosion and RMM bumpers, you should find more pics. If you want clean lines, then this is a pretty good bumper. If you want more flair and grooves and so on, you would need to find something else.
